Uses: Their milk is an excellent food for people, from this they also extract custard and cheese.
Its skin is used for leather extraction and the industrialization of it. On the other hand, its meat is another indispensable food in the diet of the human being, with the exception of the Hindu culture that considers this animal as a sacred animal.
